Job Summary

Nicholson Glover is seeking a highly skilled Business Insight Analyst to join our team. As a Business Insight Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Business Metrics: Developing and maintaining key business metrics, including market share, sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through for both managed and unmanaged accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Supply Chain Management, and other teams to ensure accurate and insightful reporting.
  • Strategic Reporting: Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including P&L analysis, weekly business plans, and key initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in Excel: Advanced proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, and preferably macros.
  • Curiosity: A natural curiosity to dig into data and uncover the story behind the numbers.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years experience working in an insights/analytics focused role.
