Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to set up and take down events, including handling heavy equipment and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
- Work across a wide range of events, including festive parties, weddings, conferences, and meetings, to provide excellent customer service and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the Events Team to plan and coordinate events, including venue setup, catering, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hotel staff and external vendors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of event concepts, themes, and marketing materials.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field, such as hospitality, events, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods.
- A competitive hourly rate, plus service charge.
- A free meal per shift.
