Events Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Operations Assistant to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel. As an Events Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, conferences, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to set up and take down events, including handling heavy equipment
  • Work across a wide range of events, including festive parties, weddings, conferences, and meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests
  • Work at a fast pace to ensure the smooth running of our operations
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Bartender, Events Host, or Server
  • Flexibility of working hours, including late finishes and early starts
  • Drive to produce results and work collaboratively within the Kimpton family
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of 12.00 plus service charge
  • A free meal per shift
  • A chance to meet new people and make new friends on shift
