Job Title: Lead Technical Analyst

At Datatech Analytics, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve decision-making.

Job Purpose:

As a Lead Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining complex data models and analytics solutions to support business decision-making
  • Leading a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics solutions are best-in-class
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior analysts to help them develop their skills and expertise
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading analytics teams and developing complex data models and analytics solutions
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, data visualization, and data mining
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to lead and develop a team of analysts
