Business Analyst Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a Permanent basis. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in utilising and developing financial information systems, analysing data, and driving profitable growth in the Construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyse product success and create individual reports for a number of clients
* Prepare and produce dashboards to support the calculation and reporting of MS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Provide 'order book' analysis to plan and forecast
* Offer assistance on management of rebates and promotional plans
* Prepare market insights based on robust research sources
* Support targeting and measurement of sales team bonus schedules
* Support R&D, product management, and plant finance on pricing and margin analysis
* Update business reporting modules such as Business Intelligence (BI)
* Support data manipulation and interpretation from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

**Requirements**

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a strong background in business analysis
* Experience of business intelligence tools and models
* Knowledge of CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
* Demonstrable project management skills
