The Global Business Transformation team plays a crucial role in enhancing internal processes, procedures, and systems to minimize operational costs and elevate the client experience. The Associate Business Analyst is tasked with the comprehensive delivery of various small to moderate business transformation projects and initiatives that yield noticeable improvements in both internal and external client experiences across the organization.

Additionally, the Associate Business Analyst supports the Global Business Transformation team in advancing business transformation initiatives from inception to execution, aiming to deliver efficiencies, enhance profitability, and lower overhead costs for Insight.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage in specific team processes, such as product setup.
  • Oversee business analysis activities for one or multiple process/system enhancement projects.
  • Act as a representative of the Global Business Transformation organization in cross-functional process/system design and development efforts to ensure optimal end-to-end solutions.
  • Guide teams through standard business process analysis, requirements definition, and problem-solving, utilizing various business analysis techniques.
  • Identify, analyze, and propose business process modifications and enhancements for assigned projects.
  • Establish and maintain highly repeatable and reliable processes, along with supporting standards.
  • Adhere to Business Transformation methodologies and ensure that process documentation is up-to-date.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and subject matter experts to address needs effectively.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in requirements definition, project management, change management, and problem-solving, preferably within a technology or solutions provider.
  • A degree with a focus on business or a related analytical discipline is preferred.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; a confident and proactive communicator.
  • Fully skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word); holds relevant Business Analysis qualifications or certifications (e.g., ECBA).
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise applications such as ERP (preferably SAP), business intelligence, and service management systems.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN/Six Sigma).
  • Understanding of general business processes, procedures, and challenges, with the ability to analyze and drive operational excellence initiatives.
  • Proven capability to leverage process improvement methodologies, such as workshops or root cause analysis, to identify and coordinate process enhancements.
  • Strong communication skills to elicit requirements, tailored to the audience, and effectively present requirements and solutions.
  • Ability to build partnerships and consensus within teams and among stakeholders.
  • Capacity to take ownership of assignments and execute them with minimal supervision.
  • Judgment to manage a reasonable level of complexity and non-routine issues, including problem-solving.
  • Skill in writing clear requirements at a low-level design, considering process variances and risk factors.
  • Proven ability to identify trends and inconsistencies when analyzing and summarizing detailed information.
  • Flexible approach, able to adapt quickly and effectively to rapidly changing environments.
  • A desire for continuous learning, professional development, and staying current with new technologies and advancements.
