About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the UK. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the UK passenger car business by working closely with IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and analyze digital requirements in overseas marketing, sales, after-sales, and other areas.
  2. Create concise and clear business process documentation based on discussions with multiple key stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet needs.
  4. Provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of systems.
  5. Assist in market research to understand industry trends and competitors' digital solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in requirement gathering and analysis, with a good understanding of DMS, CRM, ERP, and other process-related IT systems.
  3. Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English for work purposes.
  4. Proficiency in driving within the UK with a valid driver's license is a plus.
