About the Role

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst to join their team in a Governance/Change role. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery and reporting of various programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project and program information to keep projects on track and ensure timely completion.
  • Report on project stages to ensure budget-compliant completion and provide recommendations for improving project delivery practices.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate or control identified risks.
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT team members, third-party suppliers, and clients to deliver IT projects.
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
Requirements:
  • Extensive PMO Analyst experience with a strong background in Governance and Change.
  • Strong Business change/Governance experience with a focus on delivering IT capabilities and projects that benefit clients.
  • Extensive experience working in a professional services environment, preferably in a Law Firm or similar industry.
  • P3O (Portfolio, Programme, and Project Office) or a similar Project Management Office qualification.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques, including project planning, estimation, and contract management.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage key priorities effectively and maintain open and effective communication with users and stakeholders.
