PMO Specialist – Transformation/Change - Midlands Based
Up to 50k – Birmingham based office – however home-working & some travel to sites expected
PMO Specialist required for a large-scale organisation that is progressing through an exciting transformation of it’s systems and technology. As a result, an experience PMO Analyst/Manager is required to join the team to help drive governance and reporting across the project portfolio. Many of the projects will be technology and system based, so experience in this area is essential. Any experience with Data projects would also be desirable.
Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring alignment with organisational standards & practices.
Develop & manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers & status reports
Ensure effective integration and alignment of workstream activities with overall project objectives.
Identify and allocate project resources, ensuring optimal utilisation & capacity planning.
Proactively identify, assess & mitigate project risks & issues.
The salary/package for this position is up to £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and bonus.
