About the Role

Horizon Care and Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in our home. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them to develop new skills, build relationships, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people with morning routines, including getting ready for school and preparing healthy meals.
  • Encourage and facilitate social activities, hobbies, and friendships, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance, helping young people to manage their emotions and develop coping strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the well-being and happiness of all young people.
