Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception support as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Enhance business-working practices by creating a comfortable and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure contract folders are up-to-date with current risk assessments, method statements, and other essential documents.
  • Keep site risk assessments current and update the risk assessments matrix on the shared drive.
  • Arrange in-house and external training as required, updating training matrices and QSHE spreadsheets.
  • Order uniform, PPE, stationery, and office supplies as needed.
  • Perform tasks as requested by the Office Manager and Senior Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Awareness of goals and standards, ensuring high-quality and productivity.
  • Compliance with recognized procedures and systems.
