POSITION SUMMARY: HOUSEKEEPER
You will be accountable for upholding exceptional cleanliness standards across hotel rooms, dining areas, laundry facilities, and guest spaces.

  • Overseeing laundry operations
  • Washing and drying linens and robes
  • Collecting soiled and clean towels/linens from guest rooms
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of laundry areas
  • Sorting and packaging laundry items
  • Performing various housekeeping tasks as needed
  • Cleaning all hotel areas to a superior standard
  • Maintaining effective communication and coordination with the department manager, reception, and other hotel divisions.
  • Addressing guest requests in rooms as directed by the department manager
  • Reporting maintenance concerns in guest rooms and other hotel areas to the Manager
  • Complying with all safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines

Additional Details

Compensation: £ to £ per hour

Tips: £150 - £230 monthly, pro-rated for part-time hours
