Work Environment: Full-time position with a hybrid model allowing for three days of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee system availability by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and support teams to sustain services and assist end-users.
- Ensure timely resolution of all user inquiries within the defined service levels.
- Document incidents and issues, escalating them appropriately to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Administer, monitor, and execute applications to uphold daily, evening, monthly, and ad-hoc schedules, ensuring accurate parameter entries.
- Supervise the Data Centre environment, reporting any anomalies to the Service Desk and support teams for further investigation.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient technical and IT support expertise.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, SAP, Google Workspace (or equivalent platforms).
- Understanding of secure data transfer methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT security and data protection principles.
- Experience with IT service management tools, service level agreements, and reporting.
- Capability to create clear and concise support documentation.
