About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy General Manager to join our team at Appetite 4 Recruitment. As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the restaurant operates within budget
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Deputy General Manager in a restaurant or pub environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Driving license (desirable)
