Job Title: Payroll / Accounts Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll / Accounts Administrator to join our team at NC Associates. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for our contractors and providing general accounts administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately and efficiently process weekly payroll for our contractors, ensuring timely and error-free payments.
  • Accounts Administration: Provide general accounts administration support, including processing invoices, managing post, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with contractors to answer queries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Time Management: Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently to maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Sage Payroll / Sage 200 (desirable).
