Daniel Owen Ltd is actively looking for a Maintenance Electrician to become part of a reputable Social Housing Contractor for their operations in North/East London.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial knowledge and hands-on experience in the electrical field, particularly within a Social Housing context.


Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Electrician - £43,000:


- Execute tasks such as rewiring, remedial work, installation of smoke detectors, testing, inspections, and routine responsive maintenance.
- Serve as a point of contact between residents and internal teams to ensure that any property-related concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Uphold and advocate for the highest standards of duty, care, and safety in all work environments to minimize risks to employees, properties, and residents.


Qualifications for Maintenance Electrician - £43,000:
- 18th Edition Certification
- City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 in Electrical Installation
- Electrical Inspection & Testing qualification
- Proven experience in residential property maintenance
- Ability to comply with NICEIC standards
- Experience in Social Housing is preferred.
