About Ashwell Mortgage Services

Ashwell Mortgage Services is a specialist mortgage division within Ashtons Estate Agency. Our goal is to simplify the homebuying process for our clients, providing expert mortgage advice and solutions.

We have a strong track record of success, with over 800 properties sold in 2023 across our key markets. Our client base includes over 5,500 buyers per year, and our Client Services Department processes over 2,500 quotes annually for ancillary services such as removals, conveyancing, and solicitors.

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice and solutions to our clients, working closely with our Client Services Department to generate leads and build relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert mortgage advice and solutions to clients
  • Generating new business leads and building relationships with clients
  • Working closely with the Client Services Department to support lead generation
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the mortgage market and our client base
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a mortgage broker
  • Full ceMAP qualification (or equivalent)
  • A strong track record of new business generation and volume mortgage sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A deep understanding of the mortgage market and our client base
