Job Description

Legal Secretary Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our law firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to all departments as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Audio and copy typing of correspondence and documentation, including court documents and leases from precedents, produced by fee earners.
  • Preparation and completion of various documents, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
