About the Role

Aravo Solutions, Inc. is a global leader in third party risk management, ESG, and vendor lifecycle management solutions. Our cloud-based platform empowers organizations to streamline vendor management, mitigate risk, and drive strategic decisions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with prospective and current clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored solutions using the Aravo platform.
  • Lead insightful discussions with clients that focus on business needs rather than just features/functionality.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Integrate industry best practices into solution presentations, ensuring they align with client goals.
  • Demonstrate a deep technical understanding of the Aravo platform, articulating how it addresses specific client needs.
  • Communicate Aravo's unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Support successful transitions to post-sales activities, including implementation workshops, to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to implementation.
  • Develop and enhance RFx documentation, shared demo libraries, and presentation materials.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of pre-sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology.
  • Experience in Third Party Risk Management and/or GRC solutions. strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in supporting and selling to enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate the Aravo platform's capabilities.
  • Passionate, intellectually curious, and driven by a commitment to ethical standards and integrity.
