We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our After School Club, providing a safe and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and activities for children
  • Develop and implement programs that promote social, emotional, and physical development in children
  • Ensure effective communication with parents, schools, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with the Central Operations team to ensure consistency and quality across all locations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a childcare or youth setting
