We are a leading veterinary practice dedicated to delivering outstanding pet healthcare and exceptional customer service. Our state-of-the-art surgery is equipped with the latest technology, including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.

About the role:

You will play a key role in the daily running of the practice, ensuring high standards of patient care and client satisfaction. As a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of veterinary nurses and student nurses, providing coaching and mentoring to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of veterinary nurses and student nurses
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help team members develop their skills
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of the practice as a business
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve practice goals

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary - up to £35,000 depending on experience
  • Enhanced annual leave - 4 weeks increasing to 5 weeks after 2 years and up to 6 weeks after 5 years
