About the Role

Nicoll Curtin is seeking an experienced Product Strategist/Agile Delivery Lead to join their business on a 6-month fixed-term contract with a view to going permanent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a product expert, product evangelist, and voice of the customer, driving technology solutions from concept to delivery that meet customer needs and align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, customer feedback, and communicate priorities.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to create mockups and prototypes, facilitating effective product development.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
  • 3+ years' experience in project management, with a focus on product development and delivery.
  • Proficient in Jira and other Agile project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Scrum or Agile experience, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
