Electrical Site Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Liverpool, working on contracts in the North West & Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising trade operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring the consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors.
  • Deliver high-quality electrical work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of processes for the continuous improvement of our performance management plans.
  • Ensure accurate recording of inspection and testing results.
Requirements:
  • Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, with qualified supervisory experience.
  • Experience working within a social housing environment, preferably with NICEIC QS certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
