Electrical Site Lead Job Description

CV Library is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Lead to oversee on-site operations and provide essential support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and Manage Electrical Operations: Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  2. Hands-on Electrical Tasks: Lead by example and maintain high-quality workmanship.
  3. Coordinate Job Schedules: Ensure effective resource allocation and timely completion of projects.
  4. Electrical Installations and Inspections: Conduct in line with regulations and industry standards.
  5. Inventory Management: Ensure materials are available for ongoing and future projects.
  6. Communication: Clearly communicate with management, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and meet project requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Proven Electrical Supervision Experience: Strong understanding of commercial challenges involved in electrical projects.
  2. Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional twilight shifts and adjust working hours to meet project demands.
  3. Relevant Certifications: SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) is highly desirable.
  4. Electrical Installations and Inspection: Proficiency in electrical installations, testing, and inspection processes.
  5. Testing and Inspection Experience: Essential for this role.
Benefits:
