About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Change Project Manager to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Alpha Professional Services team, you will be responsible for leading complex change projects across EMEA clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale, multi-location projects with a strong focus on client-facing interaction and senior escalations.
  • Control the governance of change, manage costs, and deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder management.
  • Provide thought leadership on project management best practices and contribute to the development of our change management capabilities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in change management and client-facing roles.
  • Profound knowledge of the State Street Alpha Operating Model and ancillary services.
  • Strong business and servicing knowledge, with expertise in Middle Office and affiliated areas.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in French, German, or Dutch a plus.
