Lead Strategic Change and Drive Organizational Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to play a pivotal role in the integration of two institutions following a recent merger. As a key member of our Change Support Unit, you will lead strategic change initiatives that enhance both the student and staff experience.

About the Role:

As Change Manager, you will develop and deliver the change management plan to achieve key milestones in the integration process. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, project managers, and integration teams, to ensure a smooth transition and build a unified, engaged community.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate change management into the overall plan.
  • Facilitate training and development sessions to support staff through the transition.
  • Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate resistance.
  • Essential: Proven experience in managing change in mergers or large-scale transformations within complex organizations.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
