Our team is responsible for managing key Ownership strategy projects, ensuring delivery in line with agreed timings. We work closely with internal departments, regional managers, and external partners to achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a strong understanding of business strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project processes for key strategic Ownership projects
  • Provide periodic updates to departmental manager and ECM audiences
  • Work with key project stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure engagement and input
  • Act as central point of coordination for key tender processes
  • Coordinate key stakeholder meetings to ensure correct collaboration across departments
  • Ensure projects and requests follow agreed PPP project approval process
  • Coordinate necessary IT security and data privacy due diligence/approval processes
  • Manage supplier relationships, including contract and tender management in coordination with Purchasing department
  • Identify and manage budget requirements related to project scoping or approval process
  • Develop strong working relationships with Porsche AG and Centre network contacts
Requirements:
  • Understand and assist in delivery of Business Strategy and Objectives
  • Communicate clearly project objectives and status to internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver agreed level of service to internal and external customers, business partners, and external suppliers
  • Achieve agreed project delivery targets and milestones
  • Contribute fully within team, ensuring right environment is maintained
  • Ensure appropriate level of management control, compliance, and system use is applied to all relevant systems
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and processes at all times
