About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Programmatic Associate Director to join our team at Zenith. As a key member of our digital excellence team, you will play a crucial role in delivering display and programmatic expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement display and programmatic strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of programmatic experts to explore new possibilities and identify innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and deliver best-in-class programmatic and display campaigns.
  • Drive innovation and constantly explore new possibilities for our clients.
  • Oversee high standards of campaign effectiveness and account growth.
  • Develop and grow client confidence to increase agency responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital team, with a proven track record in programmatic and display planning and activation.
  • Advanced knowledge of the programmatic supply ecosystem and best-in-breed strategies and partners.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior clients.
  • Demonstrable examples of driving innovation in biddable media.
  • Be solution-driven and innovative with how they drive performance for their accounts.
  • Be strategic and commercially minded in planning goals for their teams.
