Overview
Compass Associates is collaborating with a prominent national health care organization to recruit a Finance Analyst. This role is based in the corporate office and requires full-time on-site presence.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading organization as they expand their finance team following the recent appointments of a new CFO and Financial Controller.
As a Finance Analyst, you will be instrumental in assisting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller in enhancing the accounting and reporting processes within the department and across the organization. You will also support the Financial Controller in establishing a robust reporting and control environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report directly to the Management Accountant. As a Finance Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Management Accountant in all aspects of the Finance Department's deliverables and outputs.
- Demonstrating relevant experience in a finance team environment.
- Supporting the Financial Controller and Management Accountant in achieving target delivery and optimizing working capital management.
- Contributing to the preparation of all external financial returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance submissions to relevant authorities.
- Providing assistance in the production of comprehensive monthly performance monitoring reports on income and expenditure, including board packs.
Location
The corporate offices are located in Milton Keynes, and the role requires full-time on-site work.
