Job Title: Senior Practitioner - Children Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Children Services team in Mid Essex. As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide leadership and support to newly qualified or less experienced staff, and deputise for the Team Manager when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to team members
  • Deputise for the Team Manager as needed
  • Oversee the review of child in need plans
  • Lead in a practice area

Requirements:

  • Recognised social work qualification
  • Practice educator qualification
  • Experience of supporting and mentoring ASYE's
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • IT/Word Processing Skills
