About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietetic Lifestyle Support Worker to join our team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of our Community Dietetic Team, you will provide vital support to patients in making healthy lifestyle changes and promoting well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dietetic support and administrative assistance to the Community Dietetic Team
  • Carry out organisational and administrative tasks as designated by the registered dietitian or administrative lead
  • Review dietetic care plans for designated patients and support them to optimise their nutritional intake
  • Plan and organise straightforward activities to promote healthy lifestyle changes

Requirements

  • English or maths GCSE or equivalent
  • Experience working as part of a team and in a Community focused / NHS / Healthcare setting
  • Experience of using Microsoft windows, word, powerpoint and outlook packages
