Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone/email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
- Meet sales targets by effectively promoting our client's expedition bespoke tours and upselling additional services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless trip planning and execution.
- Possess a passion for travel, particularly expedition and adventure travel.
- Have destination knowledge of South America, including Chile, Argentina & Galapagos (desirable).
- Have previous travel industry experience, preferably in luxury or tailormade.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to demonstrate solid sales targets and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Able to work independently and find solutions to any problems.
- Competitive salary up to £27k plus uncapped commission with an OTE of c£40k.
