Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating marketing and brand communications to help us achieve our goals. You'll work closely with our director and other departments to manage everything from our website content and email marketing communications to our partnerships and PR efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Website Management: Manage and maintain our website content to ensure it's up-to-date and engaging.
- Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to promote our brand and services.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality content for marketing brochures, magazines, and other marketing materials.
- Digital Platforms: Manage our digital platforms, including PPC, SEO, and social media.
- Partnerships and PR: Develop and maintain partnerships with other businesses and organizations to promote our brand and services.
- Liaison and Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with agencies and outsourced contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communication Strategies: Work with the sales department to design and implement communication strategies to promote our brand and services.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of marketing and communications experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience using WordPress websites, digital marketing platforms, and social media.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities and ability to work in small teams and coordinate departments.
- Design Skills: Some design knowledge and skills (Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable but not necessary.
- Computing Skills: Strong computing skills, with working knowledge of Windows packages.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with drive and initiative.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, and ability to plan and execute multiple simultaneous projects with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Well-grounded knowledge of skiing, travel, and destinations.
- Language Skills: European languages are desirable but not necessary.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary of Gross 26,000 to 31,000 pa based on experience.
- Contract: 1-year contract, with the option to extend full-time.
- Office Location: Office-based in our London office.
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday working hours.
