Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimodal Freight Operator to join our team at First Choice Staff. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for handling the import and export of goods, managing air and sea operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of goods across multiple modes of transportation, including air and sea freight.
  • Manage relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of air and sea freight operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
