Resumen del Puesto:

En este rol, trabajarás dentro del PSIRT de Arm, supervisando las vulnerabilidades y los incidentes de seguridad relacionados con los productos y servicios de Arm. Las responsabilidades incluyen el monitoreo constante de amenazas, la evaluación de vulnerabilidades, la coordinación de la respuesta a incidentes y el apoyo en los esfuerzos de remediación. La comunicación transparente con socios y la comunidad sobre asuntos de seguridad es un enfoque clave. Arm está comprometido a mejorar su seguridad de producto mediante la mejora continua de su postura de seguridad a través de mejoras culturales y de procesos.

Responsabilidades Clave:
  • Gestionar vulnerabilidades sospechosas y confirmadas en el portafolio de productos de Arm siguiendo el protocolo de respuesta a incidentes.
  • Asistir a los equipos de ingeniería de Arm en la evaluación de vulnerabilidades reportadas, analizando su impacto y severidad.
  • Mejorar las capacidades de monitoreo de vulnerabilidades de Arm aprovechando recursos internos y externos.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería de Arm para asegurar la divulgación responsable de vulnerabilidades de seguridad de productos.
  • Interactuar con colegas en los sectores de ingeniería y seguridad para mejorar los procesos de seguridad de productos de Arm de acuerdo con los estándares de la industria.
Habilidades y Calificaciones Requeridas:
  • Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en un rol de PSIRT o similar en seguridad.
  • Título universitario o superior en un campo relevante, o experiencia equivalente.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés, con un enfoque centrado en el cliente y capacidad para transmitir información técnica.
  • Conocimiento sólido de software, hardware, redes y seguridad de sistemas.
  • Familiaridad con tipos comunes de vulnerabilidades y métodos de ataque.
  • Capacidad y disposición para ampliar la experiencia en seguridad a través de varios dominios de productos.
Habilidades y Experiencia Deseadas:
  • Experiencia en investigación de seguridad dentro de productos y su aplicación a la respuesta a incidentes de seguridad de productos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de vulnerabilidades de software y prácticas del Ciclo de Vida de Desarrollo de Seguridad (SDL).
  • Participación previa en grupos de trabajo o iniciativas similares con organizaciones como FIRST, MITRE y CERT.
  • Dominio de sistemas de gestión de tickets como Jira.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de incidentes.
  • Dominio de lenguajes de scripting, por ejemplo, Python.
  • Familiaridad con las tecnologías de Arm, semiconductores, compiladores o firmware.
