Autism Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to join our team as an Autism Lead. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting individuals with autism and other complex needs to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective support plans to promote social inclusion and independence for individuals with autism.
- Collaborate with our Housing First team to provide holistic support services, addressing multiple and complex needs.
- Work closely with our Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs for staff and individuals with autism.
- Contribute to the development of our organization's policies and procedures related to autism and social inclusion.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support individuals with autism.
