We are seeking a highly skilled Vessel Operations Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will have experience of offshore projects and ideally have experience within offshore installation.

The Vessel Operations Engineer will be responsible for mobilization activities, including wet buckle contingency and pre-commissioning spread preparation onboard. They will also be involved in pre-lay survey, anchor pile installation, and support to Castorone for initiation PLET installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with the engineering team to guarantee all required documentation is prepared, shared, and commented by the vessel crew.
  • Interface with vessel team to guarantee project requirements are met.
  • Assists the OCM in all engineering aspects and advises on project-specific items.
  • Completion of onsite technical queries and management of change requests as required during offshore operations.
  • Review and approval of task plans pertaining to pipeline operations.
