Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and engage members to increase the number of local representatives
  • Develop and deliver training materials to support local reps and members
  • Respond to member enquiries and provide support to Regional NEC Representatives
  • Advise local reps and members on employment legislation and education system policies

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Broad understanding of the education system and how educational psychologists fit into it
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
