What we seek in our Registered Manager:
- Proven experience in a similar position with a successful track record of achieving favorable CQC ratings and taking an active leadership role.
- Ability to effectively manage a service from both compliance and operational perspectives, while also engaging with referrers and managing tenders and frameworks.
- Collaborate with individuals to develop tailored support packages.
- Possession of an equivalent Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health, Social Care, and Children and Young People's Services, following the Adult Services or Adult Residential Services pathway.
