This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Bid Writer to join Fawkes & Reece (North), a leading Social Housing Contractor experiencing significant growth.
The position offers a lot of career development alongside the opportunity to have a real impact on the development and growth of a bid department within a rapidly expanding company.
The CompanyFawkes & Reece (North) are leading specialists in the energy efficiency sector and are particularly busy within decarbonisation works.
Experience in the energy/construction sector is ideal but not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Writing company submissions including tender quality proposals, pre-qualification proposals, expression of interest proposals, and customer information documents.
- Assisting with the bid strategy to achieve an excellent success rate for company bids by identifying winning themes.
- Setting up and maintaining a best practice library of company submissions, competitor information, performance case studies, procurement/market developments/success/conversion rates.
- Providing information as required to the Client's procurement knowledge centre.
You will be compensated with a basic salary of £35-40k + benefits, including a discretionary annual bonus.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within Construction/Energy.
