Responsibilities:

* Manage and service a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximize revenue generation
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, including international and local customers, and ISPs in the region
* Develop new clients in the telecom market in France and Francophonie by selling products and services based on our global network
* Accomplish sales and margin targets by selling products and services, including IPLC/IEPL, MPLS-VPN, DIA, IP-transit, data centre, and IT integrated solutions
* Coordinate the execution or implementation of orders by clients and ensure delivery with high quality and good service
* Work closely with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude sales projects

Requirements:

* Fluent French and English in spoken and written; Chinese language is a plus
* Strong sales experience and project management skills, ideally focusing on wholesale or enterprise business within telecom fields
* Knowledge of telecom products and services
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Familiarity with local culture and business aspects
