Workday Security Governance Specialist

MUFG Bank, Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Workday Security Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global governance structure, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Workday system.
Key Responsibilities- Security Policy Development: Create and update security policies, domains, segmented security, role-based and user-based roles to ensure the security and integrity of our Workday system.
- Role Validation and Vetting: Lead the validation and vetting of all roles and respective security group assignments to ensure compliance with our security policies.
- Access Management: Maintain end-user access in the Workday system and assist users with security-related issues, troubleshoot access problems, and provide guidance on security best practices.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Proactively identify and address any potential compliance issues related to data access, data retention, and data sharing, and continuously monitor and assess security controls to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to define security roles, access controls, and permission sets, and serve as a subject matter expert liaising with regional counterparts to support the global platform following a defined global governance structure.
- Advanced Knowledge of Workday Security: Advanced knowledge in Workday Security, including HCM and Workday Recruit.
- Workday Experience: Workday experience in a complex multi-entity and multinational organization.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Subject matter expertise of HR business processes and ability to document processes and generate clear and concise business requirements for non-technical audiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including the ability to articulate options to stakeholders and influence decisions based on facts and analysis.
- GDPR and Data Legislation: Understanding of GDPR and local EMEA data legislations.
