Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Administrator to join our team at Equiniti. As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing frontline support services to our servicing teams, ensuring the smooth processing of illustrations, applications, and policy alterations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support
    • Provide regular and accurate timely updates to customers and advisers through various channels.
    • Identify task and correspondence types, setting up appropriate actions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and escalate any risks to the customer or the business to your line manager with possible solutions to mitigate these risks/issues.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the servicing teams across a range of queries and products as required by the business.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Undertake quality checking and sampling, providing constructive feedback to peers as required.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Demonstrable experience in a customer service focused environment.
    • Effective handling of challenging and concerned customers.
  • Skills
    • High standard of presentation in producing documents and information with accuracy.
    • Effective teamwork experience.
    • Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
    • Basic IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Effective planning and organisational skills.
    • Effective numeracy and data analysing skills.
  • Education
    • GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent, in Maths and English.
  • Language
    • Fluency in one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Flemish.
