Our client is a leading provider of automated haematology and coagulation diagnostic analysers, reagents, and information systems for laboratories and healthcare facilities within the UK and Ireland.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering pre-tender business development activity and contributing to the development of winning bid strategies for all networks and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pre-Tender Business Development

Deliver all pre-tender business development activity, including additional 3rd party business areas to support MSC bids. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to lead pre-sales activity to demonstrate and convince clients of your ability to meet those needs.

Bid Strategy Development

Contribute to the development of winning bid strategies for all networks and accounts, including route to market strategy through direct MSCs and relevant frameworks.

Tender Response Quality

Ensure the quality of financial and technical tender responses for all bids, whether direct or through another Primary MSC provider.

Confidentiality and Decision-Making

Understand the importance of treating sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care, in line with our Confidentiality Policy and compliance code. Make timely, informed decisions that take into account facts, goals, constraints, and risks.

Team Collaboration and Attention to Detail

Help set a tone of cooperation within the work group and across groups, and maintain a thorough, methodical, and precise approach to your role, tasks, and projects.
