This is a unique opportunity to join Aon's UK Transformation Team as a Senior Business Analyst, working on a variety of projects to drive and deliver change across Pensions Administration.
Key Responsibilities- Review current practices and identify areas of improvement to enhance Pensions Administration processes.
- Work with key stakeholders to define objectives and scope, ensuring alignment with Aon's strategic goals.
- Conduct initial investigations, including data analysis, to identify possible solutions and recommend improvements.
- Regularly interact with colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and achieve desired outcomes.
- Liaise with senior managers to raise challenges and secure agreement on resolving issues.
- Support Project Managers in aspects of coordination and governance, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Prepare background information and slide material for key meetings, effectively communicating project progress and recommendations.
- Present to project boards, clearly articulating project objectives, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Roll out project changes to other teams, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Coach and mentor others within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
