Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join our team at The Logistics Partnership LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders for customer-specific items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with logistics companies to arrange deliveries, ensuring seamless and efficient transportation of goods.
- Generate and manage picking lists and delivery notes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry on our asset system, ensuring up-to-date and reliable information.
- Complete and provide test certifications for customers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain stock levels and oversee the procurement of fittings, stock, and stationery, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Check incoming stock for accuracy and quality, ensuring that only high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction are consistently achieved, maintaining a positive and professional image of our company.
- Perform general office duties, including filing and managing paperwork, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- High level of customer focus and commitment to excellent service, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers and office software, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
