Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Project BIM Lead in advancing the Structural Model and delivering project outcomes under the guidance of the BIM Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance with company and project-specific standards, as well as the precise execution of BIM activities, will be paramount.
  • As an integral member of the project team, you will ensure adherence to the Project BIM Execution Plan and execute all related BIM responsibilities as directed.
  • Adhere to company and project-specific standards, following established methods and procedures.
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of work produced.
  • Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution plan and Project Standards by the project team.
  • Utilize Revit to create and modify Structural Models.
  • Develop, modify, and review 3D models using CAD applications such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and 3D Studio Max.
  • Produce visualizations from 3D models for technical reports, presentations, and marketing materials when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation that accurately represents engineering and design intent.
  • Prepare models for exchange and coordination with other disciplines, consultants, and contractor/fabricators.
  • Demonstrate capability and experience in delivering projects in a dynamic, design-led environment.
Requirements:
  • Industry-relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party BIM applications such as Dynamo, 3DS Max, Rhino/Grasshopper, Google Earth, Solibri, and Microsoft Office.
  • Genuine interest in Architecture and Building Engineering/Services design.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Structural Engineering sector.
  • At least 3 years of BIM/Revit experience.
