Job Summary

360 Resourcing is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the discovery and delivery of our client's product roadmap within the telecommunications sector. This role focuses on managing and launching consumer internet and fibre products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap. They will lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure effective execution of product initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into detailed specifications for the development team.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future strategies.
  • Ensure all product activities comply with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of broadband technologies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a methodical approach to execution.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
