Transportation Partner Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our transportation partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with our operations.
- Support the development and execution of transportation strategies to meet business objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to our transportation partners to ensure compliance with Amazon's standards and regulations.
- Participate in regular business reviews and operational planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
