Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Director to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of major events on behalf of our international client portfolio, with a focus on golf events.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of event delivery, including operations and guest experience
  • Management of supplier briefs, contracts, and scopes of service
  • Event budgeting and financial management
  • Leadership of the event delivery team
  • Liaison with clients, rightsholders, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Development of strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribution to senior management meetings and the development of best practices across the business
Requirements
  • Extensive international event experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to navigate and learn about the global golf environment
  • Experience in producing other major sports events
  • Comfortable working remotely and at the Company's Head Office in London
  • Ability to travel internationally for events
